At MOV Shoes, we want you to love every pair you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn and undamaged
- All original packaging and shoe box must be included
- Items must be in their original condition
- Sale items are final sale unless defective
How to Return
- Email us at support@movashoes.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Pack your item(s) securely and send to the address provided
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service — MOV Shoes is not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@movashoes.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve this as a priority.
