30-Day Returns — You may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return — Contact us at support@movashoes.com with your order number to begin the process.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions — Worn, damaged items, or those missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. Sale items are final sale unless defective.
